相信不少港人每天辛勞工作都是為了上樓，擁有一個美好的蝸居更是港人的夢想，不過置業的地點又該如何選擇，似乎又是另一種學問。近日有網民發帖，詢問為何港人寧願首置在將軍澳康城，也不選擇另一頭的青衣和東涌，更提出了3大原因，力撐東涌才是更有潛力的一區，只得一類人會考慮在康城上樓，帖子引起網民熱議！
青衣東涌好住過將軍澳康城？ 網民3大原因力撐東涌青衣私樓
網民在連登討論區上以「點解咁多後生買樓寧願搬入將軍澳/康城，都唔揀青衣/東涌線沿線？」發帖，表示自己在某天下班後乘搭地鐵將軍澳綫前往該區，無論是去寶琳或康城，沿途看到很多20-40歲的年輕人，青衣東涌卻是40-50歲的人居多，令他不解年輕人為何寧願選擇康城也不選擇青衣東涌，於是他提出了以下3大見解力撐東涌青衣私樓。
1.私樓有排不用大維修 將軍澳康城位於香港新界東北部的將軍澳區，是一個大型的私人屋苑。康城共分為13個不同的物業，包括住宅、商業和會所等設施。屋苑內有超過50,000個住宅單位，算是區內最密集的新樓群。不過網民指雖然東涌比康城的新樓較舊，但是「有排都未做大維修」，因此東涌青衣的私樓也值得成為置業的考量。
2.地理位置較好 網民指出青衣的位置可以稱得上是接近「全港中心點」，無論去哪裡返工都十分方便，即使是「OT完都可以好快返到屋企」。相反地理上將軍澳／康城偏埋一邊，「如果要去公幹或者返機場工就慘啦」。
3.交通更勝一籌 如上文提到，地點方不方便會直接影響交通的方便程度，樓主稱「康城返中環、金鐘、灣仔公司都冇東涌線咁快，落旺角東涌線又多數快過將軍澳（東涌除外）」，在交通方面青衣東涌完全無得輸。
只得一類人會考慮買康城？ 帖子出街後引起了大量網民的留言評論，有網民不認同東涌比康城方便，直言「返機場工就會考慮，而家好多年輕人返觀塘九龍灣住將軍澳算方便返工」、「東涌真係好唔方便出入….」、「咪玩啦你，東涌青衣方便？」。網民也十分老實地提到最實際的樓價問題，坦言「東涌沿線除左東涌外，比TKO起碼貴兩成」，笑指年輕人住康城不是因為有錢，反而是「因為不夠錢」才考慮，也因此成為年輕夫妻置業的首選地點。
