葵涌同青衣呢兩個運動場相隔唔遠，不過來回一轉沿海而跑，加埋條青衣大橋 (北橋)，絕對係一個相當特別嘅跑步體驗。
- 路線: 葵涌運動場 (葵芳)—葵喜街—永順街—青荃橋 (青衣北橋)—青衣海濱公園—青衣運動場
- 距離: 約7公里 (來回)
- 儲物: 葵涌運動場或青衣運動場
注意
- 初段葵喜街一帶為工廠區，多重型車輛，小心
- 部份路段行人路頗為狹窄，請禮讓行人
- 夜晚小心燈光不足
- 過馬路請遵守交通規則
- 疫情期間自備口罩，去便利店、超市買嘢時有用
- 留意政府禁令，運動場或會封閉
