相信不少港人每天辛劳工作都是为了上楼，拥有一个美好的蜗居更是港人的梦想，不过置业的地点又该如何选择，似乎又是另一种学问。近日有网民发帖，询问为何港人宁愿首置在将军澳康城，也不选择另一头的青衣和东涌，更提出了3大原因，力撑东涌才是更有潜力的一区，只得一类人会考虑在康城上楼，帖子引起网民热议！
青衣东涌好住过将军澳康城？网民3大原因力撑东涌青衣私楼
网民在连登讨论区上以「点解咁多后生买楼宁愿搬入将军澳/康城，都唔拣青衣/东涌线沿线？」发帖，表示自己在某天下班后乘搭地铁将军澳线前往该区，无论是去宝琳或康城，沿途看到很多20-40岁的年轻人，青衣东涌却是40-50岁的人居多，令他不解年轻人为何宁愿选择康城也不选择青衣东涌，于是他提出了以下3大见解力撑东涌青衣私楼。
1.私楼有排不用大维修将军澳康城位于香港新界东北部的将军澳区，是一个大型的私人屋苑。康城共分为13个不同的物业，包括住宅、商业和会所等设施。屋苑内有超过50,000个住宅单位，算是区内最密集的新楼群。不过网民指虽然东涌比康城的新楼较旧，但是「有排都未做大维修」，因此东涌青衣的私楼也值得成为置业的考量。
2.地理位置较好网民指出青衣的位置可以称得上是接近「全港中心点」，无论去哪里返工都十分方便，即使是「OT完都可以好快返到屋企」。相反地理上将军澳／康城偏埋一边，「如果要去公干或者返机场工就惨啦」。
3.交通更胜一筹如上文提到，地点方不方便会直接影响交通的方便程度，楼主称「康城返中环、金钟、湾仔公司都冇东涌线咁快，落旺角东涌线又多数快过将军澳（东涌除外）」，在交通方面青衣东涌完全无得输。
只得一类人会考虑买康城？帖子出街后引起了大量网民的留言评论，有网民不认同东涌比康城方便，直言「返机场工就会考虑，而家好多年轻人返观塘九龙湾住将军澳算方便返工」、「东涌真系好唔方便出入….」、「咪玩啦你，东涌青衣方便？」。网民也十分老实地提到最实际的楼价问题，坦言「东涌沿线除左东涌外，比TKO起码贵两成」，笑指年轻人住康城不是因为有钱，反而是「因为不够钱」才考虑，也因此成为年轻夫妻置业的首选地点。
